Emirates Old Trafford
Emirates Old Trafford is an award-winning multi-purpose venue with a reputation for hosting world-class cricket matches, iconic music concerts, inspirational conferences and much more.
Following a £60m redevelopment that began a decade ago, the venue is now one of the most versatile and all-encompassing in the UK with its award-winning conference, events and hospitality spaces – including The Point and the four-star 150-room Hilton Garden Inn hotel – catering for groups of 10 to 2,000 people across a multitude of events.
In the last year, Emirates Old Trafford has capitalised on its role as host to international cricket fixtures during the pandemic to firmly position itself as a market-leader in the delivery of bio-secure events via its ‘Safe In One Place’ campaign.
Additionally, the venue has installed a Head of Guest Experience and created a team focused specifically on delivering first-class customer service and support across all customer touch points at Emirates Old Trafford.

ILEC Conference Centre
Amongst London’s top largest and most versatile event hall, fitted with state of the art equipment, stunning design and one of the best secret to keep budget in line. Our stunning London Suite is fitted with stylish contemporary décor and built-in LED lighting system, perfect to suit the ambience of any event. Designed with flexibility in mind; a clever partition system enables to part the suite into nine modules of various sizes, creating multiple configurations for up to 1200 guests. The venue is also well fitted with state of the art technologies such as 1GB fibre optic Wi-Fi. Besides featuring one of London’s most flexible event space, the venue is also the only one to host on-site 3* hotel. This means we can provide event planner with stunning facilities and competitive packages. Manchester Central
Manchester Central is one of the UK’s largest and most versatile event venues.
Situated in the heart of the city, it boasts over 23,000m² of space and a 10,000+ capacity, hosting a unique array of events from business meetings, seminars, sporting competitions, exhibitions, political party conferences and large-scale international trade shows, all across a culturally diverse sphere, including The Muslim Convention, Chinese New Year Event, MegaCon and The Autism Show.
Today, Manchester Central leads the recovery of the live events sector, welcoming over 500,000 visitors each year and bringing approximately £150m into the regional economy. For every £1 spent at Manchester Central, a further £6 is spent in the wider city’s hotels, restaurants, bars, shops and taxis.
Proud to boast year-on-year growth (pre-pandemic), the next 12 months will see Central build on event format innovations, diversify into new areas and utilise its expertise beyond its physical boundaries to continue its growth as a leading venue in the UK and Europe.
Novotel London West
Novotel London West is known as one of the most flexible venues in London offering 33 event spaces that cater for up to 3,500 delegates simultaneously. With 630 spacious bedrooms and three F&B outlets, the venue offers an onsite secure car park and experienced in-house IT support to provide their clients with a “One Stop Shop” service.
The MICE facilities cover nearly 5,000 sqm’s with the plenary 1,726 sqm in size splitting into seven individual spaces, accommodating comfortably 1000 delegates in a pillar-less and flexible layout. The venue also has a dedicated exhibition hall, 1,360sqm, and 25 additional meeting rooms to support their client’s needs.
Diversifying their business has seen them become healthcare assessed in recent years and by building sustainable relationships it has meant high customer retention with 70% of their MICE business from repeat clients. Sustainability not only in relationships but action is at the forefront and they can now offer clients an innovative solution to offset the carbon footprint of their event.
They are proud to have been part of the effort to help fight Covid 19 by adapting their exhibition hall last year into a mass vaccination centre where 113,000 jabs were administered.
QEII Centre
The QEII Centre is central London’s largest dedicated conference and exhibition space and since opening in 1986, has served as a trusted destination for hundreds of high-profile events, spanning press conferences, meetings, exhibitions and global conventions for up to 2,500 delegates. The venue boasts 32 flexible spaces over seven floors with moveable walls, allowing it to adapt its footprint to suit clients’ exacting needs, as well as outside space on its forecourt and/or lawn.
The venue’s high client retention rate of 70% is testament to its team’s flexible and innovative approach to every event and high levels of customer service.
Together with in-house award-winning AV and catering teams QEII Live and QEII Taste, QEII delivers bespoke offerings and its team goes above and beyond to exceed every clients’ expectations.
The Vox Conference Venue
The Vox Conference Venue has been delivering ‘more wow in the here and now’ for 10 to 900 delegates from opening in 2015. Since then, we’ve hosted over 642 events with 203,479 visitors, including 39 since reopening last June. And it’s always business as unusual – our premium spaces bring people together in a way that’s never predictable: ever-changing but always engaging.
The Vox is a truly versatile venue, with 5 endlessly adjustable suites, 3 boardrooms and a stunning glass fronted foyer delivering panoramic skyline views over the landscaped Pendigo Lake. Award-winning retractable Skyfold walls enable us to transform the venue in minutes – from smaller events in during the day to the whole 1,278 sqm of floor space being opened up for an evening dinner, dancing – or more recently a full-blown nightclub themed event!
Then there’s our unique destination too… we are the best connected venue in the UK – by road, rail and air. Unique Venues Birmingham
Unique Venues Birmingham (UVB) launched in October 2017, offering excellent combined conferencing and hospitality opportunities within one of the UK’s most iconic buildings, the Library of Birmingham (LoB), and one the UK’s leading theatres, Birmingham Repertory Theatre (REP). The LoB was voted Britain’s favourite new building and the REP is one of the most creative theatres in the UK. UVB brings together everything that these two stunning buildings have to offer under one roof. The spaces are distinctive and together create a unique collection for event organisers to make ordinary events into something quite extraordinary.
We believe that UVB deserves recognition as a versatile venue because outstanding customer service and hospitality, along with creativity, passion and a strive for uniqueness are all at the core of everything that we do.
