Adwanted Events, The Future of TV Advertising Global
“It’s not Christmas until FTVA Global…
That’s the sentiment echoed by countless delegates as they eagerly anticipate our premier event, The Future of TV Advertising Global conference, which marked its 15th anniversary in December 2024.
The Future of TV Advertising Global is the leading international event focused on driving innovation in television advertising. Each year a senior audience of pioneers from media owners, pay-tv operators, advertising agencies, brands and ad tech firms, come together in London for two days of networking and debate about how to evolve television to be better traded, targeted, data-led and measured.
What has now almost become an industry pre-Christmas tradition, 1,000 delegates from over 40 countries will descend upon London for what is widely recognised as the most influential, insightful and informative two-days of content dedicated to the global TV advertising industry. Every year the event gets bigger, and 2024 was our biggest yet.
ASG, Northern Ireland Motor Industry Awards
Recognising a gap in industry recognition, ASG launched Northern Ireland’s first dedicated awards for the motor sector in 2023. Market research confirmed strong demand for a platform celebrating the achievements of motor retailers, manufacturers, suppliers, and professionals. The response from the industry was overwhelmingly positive, reinforcing the need for an event that highlights excellence, innovation, and best practice.
Partnering with leading brands, ASG positioned the NI Motor Industry Awards as the sector’s flagship event. A strategic approach to sponsorship and engagement secured premium partnerships, ensuring high-profile industry participation and widespread support. From concept to execution, the event was designed to deliver commercial value for partners while providing an unrivalled platform for networking and brand visibility.
The inaugural event’s success laid the foundation for an even more ambitious 2024 edition. With increased sponsorship, industry engagement, and commercial impact, ASG delivered a sold-out black-tie gala for 588 guests. The event provided unparalleled networking opportunities, extensive media coverage, and a prestigious stage to honour industry leaders.
Now firmly established as Northern Ireland’s premier celebration of motor industry excellence, the awards continue to grow, setting a new benchmark for recognition, influence, and industry collaboration.
The Retail Hive, RetailJam 2024
RetailJam was built to disrupt the traditional conference and exhibition model. Hosted at the stunning Oakley Court on the river in Windsor, its all-outdoor, festival-style setting redefined the event experience.
Beyond thought leadership, RetailJam delivered an unparalleled festival experience. Delegates moved seamlessly from riverside roundtables to the RetailJam Euros 2024 Fanzone, enjoying an evening of live football, gourmet food, and immersive networking. Stilt walkers, live music, and an interactive Turner Prize-winning installation brought the event to life, ensuring that attendees left inspired, informed, and energized.
Total Politics, The Rally Against Violence Towards Women and Girls
At the start of 2023, Sir Keir Starmer pledged to halve violence against women and girls (VAWG) if Labour wins the next general election. In support of this mission, we launched the Rally Against Violence Towards Women and Girls at Labour Party Conference—creating a platform to highlight parliamentary and national campaigns tackling this urgent issue.
Building on the success of our inaugural event, our 2024 rally was bigger and more impactful than ever. With powerful contributions from Secretaries of State Yvette Cooper and Bridget Phillipson, MPs including Jess Phillips, and leading campaigners and survivors, the event brought together those shaping policy and those affected by VAWG.
VAWG remains a critical societal issue, encompassing domestic abuse, sexual violence, forced marriage, online exploitation, and honour-based abuse. It disproportionately impacts women and girls, especially those facing additional inequalities due to race, class, disability, or other factors. Labour’s commitment to tackling VAWG makes this discussion more vital than ever.
The rally was an emotionally charged yet positive moment—reinforcing the need for policy change, awareness, and action. By uniting policymakers, activists, and those with lived experience, we ensured that tackling VAWG remains firmly on Labour’s agenda.

University of East London Innovation and Enterprise Summer Festival
The University of East London’s Innovation and Enterprise Summer Festival represents a groundbreaking approach to higher education engagement. In its fifth iteration, the 2024 festival strategically integrated multiple high-profile events—including an Open Day, Pioneering Health Campus Launch, Industry Fellows Awards, Student and Partner Celebration, and a St Barts NHS Trust collaborative employment fair—creating an immersive, recruitment-focused experience.
Guided by UEL’s “”Year of Science”” theme, the festival featured interactive attractions including demonstrations by science content creator Big Manny, tours of the Baby Development Lab, a mobile planetarium, wellbeing workshops, and an appearance by Olympic champion Christine Ohuruogu MBE. The Health Campus launch was headlined by London Mayor Sadiq Khan and Newham Mayor Rokhsana Fiaz OBE.
This innovative approach delivered remarkable results: a 64% conversion rate representing a 22.47% increase from 2023. The success has catalysed institutional change, with future open days now being aligned with flagship events like After Dark Festival and London Fashion Week 2025.
Remarkably, this transformative event—which positioned UEL as an accessible community cornerstone while supporting recruitment, partnerships, and institutional identity—was delivered by a six-member corporate events team, demonstrating exceptional efficiency and commitment to UEL’s vision of reshaping education for all.
