ASG, Northern Ireland Motor Industry Awards
Recognising a gap in industry recognition, ASG launched Northern Ireland’s first dedicated awards for the motor sector in 2023. Market research confirmed strong demand for a platform celebrating the achievements of motor retailers, manufacturers, suppliers, and professionals. The response from the industry was overwhelmingly positive, reinforcing the need for an event that highlights excellence, innovation, and best practice.
Partnering with leading brands, ASG positioned the NI Motor Industry Awards as the sector’s flagship event. A strategic approach to sponsorship and engagement secured premium partnerships, ensuring high-profile industry participation and widespread support. From concept to execution, the event was designed to deliver commercial value for partners while providing an unrivalled platform for networking and brand visibility.
The inaugural event’s success laid the foundation for an even more ambitious 2024 edition. With increased sponsorship, industry engagement, and commercial impact, ASG delivered a sold-out black-tie gala for 588 guests. The event provided unparalleled networking opportunities, extensive media coverage, and a prestigious stage to honour industry leaders.
Now firmly established as Northern Ireland’s premier celebration of motor industry excellence, the awards continue to grow, setting a new benchmark for recognition, influence, and industry collaboration.

A just and rapid transition to a low-carbon economy depends on increasing the participation and retention of women across key sectors. Yet, representation of women remains low in STEM fields, energy and utilities, automotive, construction, and manufacturing—sectors that are all critical to the net zero transition and are facing a major skills crunch as demand for green roles explodes.
At the same time, women remain under-represented in senior roles in the vast majority of businesses, fuelling the gender pay gap and denying organisations a breadth of diverse perspectives at board level. Women are critical to the success of green businesses and the net zero transition as a whole.
Incisive Media, Women in Green Business Awards 2024
The Women in Green Business Awards (WIGB) was created to recognise and celebrate the companies and individuals driving progress on gender equity in sustainability-focused industries. The awards attracted 350 entries from over 180 companies and was judged by a panel of 22 industry experts.

Ultima Media, The CDN People Awards
“Celebrating the people behind the design”
The Car Design News (CDN) People Awards is unique in the automotive industry, celebrating and recognising the design teams who create the cars rather than the car itself.
The awards take place every December in London and bring the automotive design community together to celebrate its members through a night of awards, showcasing great design and catching up with peers, friends and rivals.
Alongside the awards is a sketch-battle that pits students from top design schools against each other and the clock celebrating the fundamental skill behind car design. The victor is selected on the night by a professional judging panel and celebrated alongside the other winners of the CDN People Awards. The sketch battle introduces the designers of the future to the professionals of today.
The CDN People Awards is the only event that attracts the biggest names in car design – from past legends to today’s leaders – from across the world. It has quickly established itself as a fixture that cannot be missed.
Wave Marketing Communications / VMO2, VMO2 Can Do Awards
The inaugural VMO2 ‘Can Do’ Awards, held at Indigo at The O2, celebrated employees who go above and beyond. Designed to inspire and recognise outstanding contributions, the event encouraged peer nominations throughout the year, culminating in a spectacular end-of-year ceremony.
Breaking from traditional corporate awards, the evening delivered a BRIT Awards-style experience. Hosted by Rylan Clark, alongside Fleur East and Clara Amfo, it featured dynamic West End performances, including tributes to Tina Turner, Mamma Mia, and The Greatest Showman, ending with a live DJ set. Guests enjoyed a red-carpet welcome with paparazzi, immersive stage design, and show-stopping entertainment.
With over 1,000 in-person attendees and a wider workplace audience via live stream, the event seamlessly integrated digital elements such as nominee video recordings. Our team managed the entire production—from creative storytelling and set design to sourcing celebrity talent and overseeing rehearsals.
The result was a bold, high-energy event that embodied the ‘Can Do’ spirit, fostering deep pride among VMO2 employees. By collaborating closely with the client, we exceeded expectations, delivering a landmark awards ceremony that left a lasting impact on attendees and the organisation, as a whole.
whynow Media, Independent Podcast Awards
The Independent Podcast Awards do exactly what they say on the tin. Launched in 2023, they reward those indie creators that don’t have big brands to fund them, or famous faces to get their listeners in.
We work hard to make sure that our awards are a laidback but fun affair, and as accessible as possible. This means keeping entry fees and ticket prices low.
We believe that things shouldn’t end for our winners when they’ve received their trophies. We encourage our sponsors to offer support to the winners, whether that’s and audit of their podcast, free hosting for a year, membership to industry bodies or digital billboards in Leicester Square to promote their shows.
Standout moments in 2024 were a 10 year-old winning for Best Children’s Podcast who received a standing ovation as he went to the stage to collect his award. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house.
And the winner of Best Sports Podcast ripped his t-shirt off in the style of the great wrestling heroes – the crowd were on their feet whooping and cheering!
Keeping the awards easy to access and enter, keeps our audience engaged and that equates to a great event.
