99 City Road Conference Centre is a 300-capacity conference, exhibition and event venue within the headquarters of global satellite company, Inmarsat. Originally designed as an in-house event space for Inmarsat, 99 City Road opened to the public in 2001. Since then it has re-branded, gone through extensive refurbishments and has become a key player in the London conference scene with excellent client retention and year on year growth.

America Square Conference Centre has worked tirelessly to listen to its clients and act on their feedback. This has resulted in rising revenues and fantastic levels of customer retention. Above all the venue has invested in its staff, superb customer service combined with wonderful and ever evolving facilities results in a fantastic venue. We are proud that many of our staff have been with us for 20 + years, they have built unique relationships with so many of our clients. We are proud of many of the industry leading initiatives we have introduced, bio-adaptive lighting etc, a hot meal to a homeless person for every delegate who visits our venue etc. We are thankful to our clients – we never take them for granted.

Ministry Venues’ 103 Gaunt Street is ideally located for conferences and corporate events in the beating heart of London, at the centre of the revitalisation of Elephant and Castle. The business has been a driving force behind bringing tech and corporate businesses to the central London location.
The spaces are transformed for each event and this year saw it staged as Gotham City to a Myan jungle, to an interactive hi-tech conference of the future.

ONE GREAT GEORGE STREET
Headquarters for Institution of Civil Engineers, One Great George Street was designed by Scottish architect James Miller. It has been a Grade II listed building since 1984 and became a conference venue in 1989. The venue offers 21 flexible spaces including the spectacular Great Hall, State Rooms and two theatres. The magnificent glass-domed Edwardian building with its neo-Palladian and Baroque interior, is today a popular choice for conferences. We are located in the heart of Westminster, which is close to multiple transport links. Our staff retention rate is excellent, and this enables new and existing clients to have full confidence in our team who can provide them with continuity of service based on standard venue or client procedures or flexible requirements. The unique selling point that we possess is that we are completely in-house, which allows us to remain completely flexible, to best suit the needs of even the most unique clients. Previously, we have devised entire dietary specific menus. We pride ourselves on the ability to accommodate a wide manner of requirements. Over 50% of our clients have a long-standing relationship with us, resulting in repeat business. Some of our clients have chosen us for over 10 years.
ROYAL COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS
The Royal College of Physicians (RCP) is 500 years old and currently in its fifth home since 1965. This iconic grade 1 listed modern building overlooking Regent’s Park, houses an award-winning conference and events centre with cutting edge technology including filming and streaming. The venue offers highly versatile facilities, including tiered auditoriums, conference, meeting, exhibition and dining spaces as well as a medicinal garden ideal for summer entertaining. In addition, the venue boasts over 500 years of history incorporating a museum containing rare books, manuscripts, objects and sculptures.
RCP is ISO accredited and the first royal college to achieve Carbon Trust Standard certification following a reduction of 30% in its total carbon footprint over the past three years. It has also consistently maintained its gold standard accreditation in the BDRC venue verdict for the past 10 years.
The venue hosts over 570 events per year for a wide range of organisations including associations, charities, medical companies and the wider corporate community across several sectors. All revenue generated from commercial events, helps to support College activities and patient care.
