In 2019 De Vere Beaumont Estate successfully built on the previous year’s success, continuing to grow business ahead of target. The core M&E business saw a room hire increase, and a total M&E revenue increase of an astonishing £1.4m, for the year. New business in the year was valued at £5.5m.
The impressive results are testament to an enthusiastic, motivated and well-nurtured team taking a proactive approach to delivering exemplary customer service. While a high-quality baseline service level is firmly adhered to, each customer is treated as an individual and the approach tailored to their requirements – the result is a loyal returning customer base, with an 84% retention rate, with many customers increasing spend at the venue, as well as a strong pipeline of new business.

glh HOTELS – THE TOWER HOTEL
The Tower Hotel was built in 1973, and is situated next to, The Tower of London and Tower Bridge. With 801 rooms and 16 meeting spaces of varying sizes, the hotel is the perfect place for any large meeting and event.
The unique location and flexible layout of The Tower Hotel makes the facility attractive for a variety of organisations. The ability to accommodate groups of various sizes, up to 550 in one room, is a good selling point. The Tower Suite is a particularly large meeting room and has the versatility to be split into three spaces.

Wyboston Lakes Resort is between Cambridge and Milton Keynes and set in 380 acres, less than one hour from London. Home to The Woodlands Event Centre following a £3m investment which is now complete.
