Each event provided a highly immersive, interactive environment featuring executive-level networking, live AI-driven demos, and engaging plenary sessions led by Adobe’s senior leadership.
A standout feature was the personalised attendee journey—AI-generated portraits welcomed guests upon arrival, reinforcing the personalisation theme, while curated content and strategic messaging ensured relevance to each audience. The events combined exclusivity with accessibility, fostering intimate interactions between Adobe leaders and high-value clients in dynamic, culturally resonant venues.
Despite a short lead time and logistical challenges—particularly venue selection in Paris ahead of the Olympics—the series was successfully executed through agile planning and local expertise.
