Paragon started life as a talent management agency, looking after some of England’s biggest sports and broadcasting stars. Together our founders – Cricketing Legend Phil Tufnell, Event Expert Mike Martin & Marketing CXO Greg Tufnell – started using their wealth of connections to offer clients access to the world’s biggest events and venues.
As our success grew, so did our services…
In 2010 Paragon launched our in-house event management service. Today, our award-winning team have delivered +200 bespoke events across 5 continents, 24 countries, raised over £1million for charity and facilitated hospitality at +1,000 global events.
From proposal building, supplier sourcing, pre-event communications and on-site management, our dedicated team do it all. Fully ATOL protected, together our experts boasts a collective 50 years in hospitality, speak 8 languages, and have comprehensive backgrounds within the worlds of travel, hotels, venue and sport hospitality.
Whether Incentive, Award Dinner or Conference, every single proposal is bespoke; we have no ‘drag and drop’ formulas and we don’t stick with the tried & tested.
Client satisfaction is at the heart of what we do – client retention was 80% in 2018 and our work has both been shortlisted & awarded by C&IT.

Right Angle Corporate
Right Angle Corporate (RAC) was formed by Steve & Kate Gaskin 12 years ago. They were formerly senior police detectives in London. Steve and Kate saw a gap in the market for corporate team building steeped in crime. Right Angle developed a potent and very popular CSI Experience called “The Killing”. This is still pertinent and is constantly updated, eg it now includes Virtual Reality (VR). The innovation enables guests to immerse themselves in a highly unique Experience.
Our “rising star” is Taken. Taken is a live kidnap experience. The client’s CEO/Manager is “kidnapped”, whether this be a dramatic scene at the conference, or a hostage video filmed prior to guests’ arrival.
In addition in to a plethora of immersive Crime Experiences, Right Angle also offers a range of other team building activities and innovative team development experiences.

As an agency, we are well rounded, capable and reliable. We continue to grow and expand our client database and industry knowledge, whilst still creating amazing events for our valued clients. We love what we do, and the awards we won last year is testament to our success. We hit £6.7 million last year, exceeding our target, and are striving for even greater achievements in 2019. We’re so proud of how far the agency has come, and with our fabulous team, we plan to become one of the best boutique agencies in the UK.
