Bioscientifica – ECE 2017
The 2017 Congress was another beacon in European Congress of Endocrinology’s journey of growth. For seven years, Bioscientifica has managed all aspects of this leading scientific and clinical event that brings together over 3,000 professionals who work in the field of hormones.
Each year the challenge of developing the event becomes harder. This year with a number of strategic objectives to deliver on, the event introduced a brand new identity for the Congress and the Society at large, a programme structure reflecting the Society’s strategic areas of focus and a complete online event solution to maximise reach, longevity and value to delegates.
Additional new programme content and networking opportunities for new members was introduced in response to delegate feedback from the previous event and further strengthened the delegate experience. Building corporate relationships and targeting new delegates by interest allowed
ECE 2017 to attract 3 new sponsors, 25% more abstract submissions and 13% more registered delegates than 2016 making it the largest Congress in its history. Continued financial success and overwhelmingly positive feedback from both the Society and delegates confirmed Bioscientifica had truly set a new benchmark for this event.

Campden Wealth – Leading Ladies of Switzerland
A tri-collaboration between Campden Research, Campden Conferences and Julius Baer.
A topical and enlightening gathering of a very select audience focused on women of wealth in Switzerland. Aimed to bring to life a quantitative study of UHNW family matriarchs/female next gen multi-generational family members as well as female UHNW entrepreneurs and private investors. This event was designed with the target market in mind (predominantly, but not exclusively female wealth holders) – we are inclusive and we very much do ‘family’ gatherings. It was intended to be educational, informative, instructive and inspiring – within a timeframe to suit the audience. Based on the principal of ‘like attracting like’ we ensured our speaker panel reflected the many roles women of wealth play: entrepreneur, business executive, family member, investor, philanthropist. It was a very positive gathering of our community members, some well-known to us, others re-engaging via the theme and agenda of the event. The event met all key objectives and was a memorable occasion with many there requesting it bit an annual fixture.

Conferenz – Digital Nations 2030 – A Global Futures Summit
Walking the talk – a collaborative project between government, private sector and NGO
New Zealand Government sought to create a world-class event showcasing NZ’s innovative work in the digital field to coincide with NZ hosting the inter-governmental D7 meeting in 2018 (D7 = GCIOs & Ministerial delegations from D7 member countries, Estonia, Israel, NZ, South Korea, UK, Canada, Uruguay). NZ Government approached NZTech to create the event who, in turn, turned to Conferenz as NZTech’s regular event partner.
Conferenz led the concept, planning, production, marketing, sales & logistics of the event, with strong weekly coordination with NZ Tech & NZ Govt. Conferenz & NZTech owned the event.
Over a year of planning, organising & fortnightly collaboration, Digital Nations 2030 smashed expected attendance & live stream expectations, achieving ratings such as 70% rated the conference more valuable than any other event attended and created the desired platform to encourage 88% of attendees to want to be involved in further conversations with NZ Government on plans for a Digital Nation.
The three stakeholders (Conferenz, NZTech, DIA) recognise that the deeply collaborative approach they took is the foundation of the success of the event in surpassing its expected outcomes.
