Inntel – Annual Leadership Conference 2017
After bringing together five legacy businesses, Arcadis wanted to create an experience that would engage and unite their senior teams.
Each year the company hold an annual Leadership Conference bringing Arcadis’ leading minds together to inspire strategic thinking that will resonate throughout the business. This year’s theme was ‘We Are Arcadis.’
After examining the client’s brief, we produced a shortlist of venue options that were, original, satisfied the event requirements and aligned with Arcardis’ company values.
We organised a high-energy day of activities aimed to open people’s minds to what they can really achieve and encouraging the teams to work together discovering new, innovative ways of doing things and building a strong rapport.
What’s more, with mental health organisation MIND as Arcadis’ chosen charity partner, the natural surroundings and use of outdoor space at the venue echoed the sentiment of mental wellbeing adding immeasurable personal value for our client.
On the final evening, we staged a stunning gala dinner with an employee award ceremony to recognise Arcadis’ internal achievements. Bold staging in company colours, a mindfulness session from leading neuroscientist Dr Tara Russell and a seamless online voting system gave the quality and celebrity of an exclusive awards event.

Team Tactics – Nelissen London City Trip 2017
During September 2016 we were given the brief for a large bespoke corporate event involving 160 Belgians travelling to London for a two-day trip. It was understood that the trip would be for a staff event as an opportunity to explore London throughout 20th and 21st May 2017. With a budget of around £64,000 we needed to draw upon our corporate event and London expertise to deliver an exceptional event that would both exceed the clients expectations but also run as a logistically sound event. The group size quickly grew to almost 200 people and the whole event had to be fully inclusive of travel to and from Belgium and travel within London along with accommodation in central London, a number of enjoyable team activities and an evening meal with entertainment. The event combined our Treasure Hunts, with a Thames Power Blast, a London Eye experience along with evening entertainment at Cafe de Paris and all organisation of trasnsport to and from Brussels.
WONDER London – Google Cloud Next 2017
Google Cloud NEXT 17 was a six-stage Europe-wide event series and the largest Google Cloud event in Europe to date. It kicked off at ExCel London on 3-4 May 2017 across five halls (20,000 m²). WONDER London brought the Google brand to life for 4,500+ delegates comprised of tech and IT developers and decision-makers, plus wider tech leaders. The interactive conference enabled delegates to choose from 50+ hours of content and 85+ speakers. Keynote speeches in the main plenary session were followed by delegates moving freely between 60 breakout sessions featuring live demos of cutting-edge tech. The floor plan itself and all related design focused on taking the delegates on a journey, ensuring they were able to make the most of everything the event had to offer. An interactive playground “Partner Pavilion” featured demo pods from 26 key brand partners; while business owners who already use Google Cloud Platform were present to advise delegates and show the tech in action. WONDER developed a design language to be used as creative wallpaper across the entire series that could be easily realised in both physical and graphical form, ensuring the identity remained consistent across all locations.
