She heads up a team looking after the Mark Allen Group portfolio of awards for Education, Music, Lifestyle, Property, Healthcare, Business and Agriculture. Aiming to deliver the best customer experience and striving to improve the events year on year.

Luke is the founder and CEO of Shard Media Group, owner of Shard Financial Media and Reward and Payroll Networks Ltd. The Group is a financial and professional services-focused B2B media business serving high-value markets with a modern blend of Large Scale and Micro-Events, Membership & Recognition programmes, and wrapped around peer-to-peer, interactive digital and f2f communities.  

With over 30 years’ experience in the events market Graeme has worked in large organisers, was a joint founder of his own company which launched and sold several events and is currently involved with Closerstill Media working across their e-commerce portfolio. 

Sharon began her career in B2B publishing before moving into the global exhibitions and conferences space, where she has spent more than three decades building reputation as a highly organised, commercially focused problem solver who delivers results.

She joined Terrapinn in the early 1990s and has been instrumental in the company’s global growth. Now as Chief Operating Officer, Sharon leads company-wide strategy, operations, and technology – turning vision into action, and ideas into scalable, revenue-generating platforms.

Sharon has played a key role in launching and growing some of Terrapinn’s most successful event brands, including EDUtech and Solar & Storage Live, which she continues to lead on a global scale. She has a particular strength in understanding markets, people, and performance – building structures, systems, and brands that grow fast and smart.

Sharon is known for her clarity, curiosity, and commercial sharpness. She brings a calm, methodical approach to complex challenges, with a focus on scalable solutions and measurable impact. She is passionate about showcasing the value of exhibitions as a powerful, responsive channel for B2B marketers and is particularly proud of her role in modernising Terrapinn’s tech infrastructure to empower teams and deliver better customer experiences.

Sharon is also a visible and vocal champion of women in leadership. She actively mentors emerging female leaders and speaks openly about confidence, growth, and self-belief at senior levels

James Cooper is Founder and Director of Business of Apps, a B2B media and events company serving the global app economy. He leads strategy, content and commercial growth across its media platforms and international conference portfolio.

Jim is managing director of Arc Network’s financial services business, Incisive Media, and Marketing in Partnership.

Jim joined Arc in 2025 after a decade at IDG, where he held a series of senior roles including managing director, Western Europe and Nordics, and vice president of events for Europe.

Gema leads the agency’s strategic vision, client partnerships, and delivery of high-impact events. Since joining in 2016, she has been instrumental in expanding TFI Lodestar’s presence across the Association and Corporate sectors. With over two decades of experience, including senior roles at Informa plc and Banks Sadler, Gema brings deep industry expertise, commercial acumen, and strong leadership.

Will Wilkinson, Managing Director of Communities & Networks, leads the expansion of membership services and global events. His career includes senior growth and innovation roles at top media and information companies, including General Manager at FiscalNote and Dow Jones (launching WSJ Pro). He also held leadership positions at The Economist Group. 

Anupa is the Director and Co-Founder of Principal Global Events, an agency dedicated to impactful experiences. With over 35 years in the industry, she combines hands-on expertise with a relentless pursuit of innovation and quality. Her knowledge of live events and digital brand experiences drives the company’s commitment to excellence

Will leads Argus Media’s global portfolio of 40 annual commercial conferences across five continents, serving diverse commodity markets. With over a decade of experience in the B2B events industry, he began his career as a conference producer at Euromoney Institutional Investor and dmg events. He most recently headed the conference production team at Argus Media, bringing expertise in content-led event strategy and execution.
