All categories are awarded based on the decision of our independent panel of judges.
The winners will be announced and their awards will be presented on stage at the Conference Awards ceremony to be held on Friday 29th June 2018
Entries can be for any events which have taken place between 1st January 2017 and 28th February 2018.
Entries are accepted from individuals or companies involved with all aspects of commercial conferences including seminars, roundtables, summits, conferences, training courses, networking events, awards, forums.
There are no geographical restrictions regarding entries. The events could be held anywhere and organised from any country worldwide.
The final deadline for all entries is 5pm on 21st February 2018.
Shortlisted entrants will be notified on 27th April 2018.
A campaign may be entered in more than one category, but each entry must be accompanied by an entry form and the entry fee. There is no limit to the number of entries one company can make.
Judges reserve the right, without prior consent of the entrant, to move entries to different categories if they feel it is more appropriate.
The judges’ decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into and no reasons given for decisions.
Judges will absent themselves from any discussions where they have a vested interest.
All information provided to judges will be used solely for the purposes of assessing the entries. Potentially sensitive information will not be made public.
The price per entry is £195 plus VAT
For entry fee prices only one discount offer may apply.
The entry fee is non refundable.
Winners may state in advertising and promotional material that they have won, but they must state the year the Award was won.
The entry fee must be paid prior to the closing date. Entries received without payment will not be judged.
